About Marc and Gerrit Hale

Marc Hale has over 30 years experience in the construction industry and over 20 years as a builder and general contractor in both California and Nevada.  Marc formed Hale Custom Builders, building the business from the ground up, and growing a customer base on quality service and customer satisfaction.  Marc has always maintained a customer first business philosophy which has grown Hale Custom Builders based on referrals and repeat business.  Marc has worked for one of the largest building material suppliers in the nation developing contacts with local builders and developers and he maintains those established builder relationships to this day.  Marc’s focus on customer service and attention to detail is the driving force behind the “Customer First” philosophy of Prometheus Energy, Inc.

Gerrit Hale brings extensive business experience to the company.  Gerrit has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Maryland and an MBA in International Business from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland.  Gerrit has worked as project manager on several projects including an aquaculture project in Russia and product manufacturing in China with marketing and distribution throughout the U.S.  In 1993 Gerrit started a Real Estate appraisal company which at its peak employed 7 full time appraisers and 3 administrative staff and generated over $100,000 in monthly revenues.  Gerrit brings his entrepreneurial and business acumen to Prometheus Energy, Inc to develop new and innovative strategies for marketing solar energy to the broader consumer market.
